        La Cantina

We have a small but well curated bar, we have a select choice of the most reputable, responsibly made Tequilas and Mezcales to complement our cuisine. We don’t carry any of the highly marketed brands, in fact you might not recognize any of the bottles on the back bar. Our Tequila selections are made by some of the most respected people in the industry.

Our Mezcales offer a huge variety of expressions, from the familiar espadin, to the 25 yr. old Tepeztate, Cupreata from Michoacan, Pechugas made with Guajolote (Turkey) or Conejo (Rabbit), Copper and Clay Pot stills.

We are fortunate to have very good relationships with leaders in the Agave industry, Bartenders Nation wide, The US Bartenders Guild.  We have close relationships with owners of some of the best Tequila and Mezcaleros that we can call friends. We use these relationships to provide you with quality products, and knowledge so that everyone can learn about one of Mexico’s most prized resource, the Maguey.

We treat the rest of our spirits with the same respect as our agave. we don’t carry avery Brand of Vodka, Rum, Whiskey but the one we do carry are made the correct way.

Along with all these resources, we provide an ever-changing Cocktail list that changes with the seasons. We pride in using primarily Tequila and Mezcal for the base of our cocktails, but we also have a varied list of cocktails that use other spirits, from stirred cocktails to intricate Tiki style fun cocktails.

A Percentage from the proceeds from our Cocktail Menu and Tequila/Mezcal sales are donated to   Tequilainterchangeproject.org to support The Batfriendly Project and other initiatives for the education and advocacy of the tequila and mezcal industries.
